- Cowra abattoir (NSW), Dubbo abattoir (NSW), Goulburn abattoir (NSW) and Oberon
- Meatworks at Forbes, Orange, Harden, Mudgee, Young, Blayney and Condoblin have all closed1
- Currently 29 licensed red meat abattoirs in NSW1
